Paiste blue label 14" Extra Heavy Hi Hats.

This is my personal set of my 'Clive n Barrie' hats. These are bonafide 1983 matched pair

The price is higher due to the age and being matched year.

-The top key is still quite minor for the age, and has been tested with several clutches to reveal there isnt any issue for fit or performance.

The great Clive Burr of Iron Maiden played this extra heavy type on the first 3 albums.

Stewart Copeland and Barriemore Barlow played these as well.

with slight 1/8 keyhole, -but its rounded instead of oblong. I put a clutch on it and it plays like any other hat. Somebody long ago didnt take care of making sure a felt and sleeve protected it. So, I flipped them and played the bottom for a while and actually liked that sound a lot. The gram weight is the same.

I hate explaining the impossible for sound and feel, but if I may, the stick definition and chick of these are absolutely cutting and perfect. The wash is also nice and mid range full.

I love them but cant keep them.
