This is the Schiit Magni 3+ headphone amp and Modi 3+ DAC with an introprose rca solid connecter included, which is handy. The Magni has a couple scrapes along the top front, but both units are in perfect working order. Sound quality is excellent, and the Magni does a good job of powering my Sennheiser HD 650 headphones. Also includes wall wart for Magni, usb power brick for Modi, and two 6 foot monoprice micro usb cables.
