The name says it all! There are certain years that have captivated guitar players because of their cherished tone and the year 1959 is certainly one of them! This is why the Legacy Humbucker is based on this pickup, except we changed the Alnico II magnet to a Alnico V to give it a modern edge and feel that many of today’s players desire!

Constructed of period correct materials right down to the maple spacers, this pickup delivers! The tone is unapproachable and will easily captivate your ears with that amazing balance of highs, mids and bass response yielding unprecedented vintage tone. The pickup is made with enamel wire and alnico V magnets for that perfect rock feel!

The alnico V magnets ensure the edge you are looking for without compromising vintage feel, dynamics or tone.
