For sale from my personal guitar collection...
...this 1969 all original Gibson SG special-twin big warm unique P90s, in its original hardcase.
It was bought new in 1969 at Sam Ash Music, Paramus, NJ USA by Robert Booth of Twain Studios and James Browns producer of 13 hits and used on Roberts second record "Good Day"
I'm only the 2nd owner since 2009-I've stored it and used it sparingly as a collector
Completely original -as confirmed by J Gustavsson -luthier of of Les Paul build fame here in Sweden
Large original pick-guard model and has original bridge and maestro Vibrola
She weighs only 3 kgs
Lovely action as I had it all professionally set up by Gustavsson
Minimal fret wear-beautiful fast but fatter neck-in 69 some were produced with fatter necks.
*There is a crack in lacquer where top strap button was inserted-its been checked and is not structural

This is the revised SG with the larger pickguard and witch hat knobs, as well as a slimmer D shaped neck profile. Original P90s are in great health and sound absolutely huge with insane tone!
Professionally setup with 10-46s, this is a great vintage player that you have to be careful with as they are fragile and becoming harder to find in this original condition An absolute epic SG with an insanely cool worn in vibe. Comes with its original hard plush lined shell case.
