Fender Telecaster 2023 - Amber Partscaster

This is a custom built Telecaster/Partscaster with high end parts. You'd have to invest thousands to get this quality from Fender's custom shop. The protective wrap is still on the pickguard, so keep this in mind while looking at the pics. The body is a light 6.2 lbs, made of beautiful swamp ash. The strap buttons are Fender strap locks, and come with a vintage strap. The pickups are hand wound Alnico 3, class A3. They deliver the classic tele twang with tight bass and balanced midrange. These give an early 50's tone. Enamel wire, alnico 3 magnets, and cloth lead wires. These are coupled with a custom made control plate. Wire is from Gavitt Wire, premium quality. Built with an outer waxed cotton layer and inner celanese braid, 22 guage. I've used orange drop capacitors that take some of the bite of an overly bright sound. The capacitors are held to a 10% tollerance. All electronic cavities are copper lined to reduce hum. The potentiometers are custom. Pots manufactured by CTS and metered for accuracy. A 10% audio taper accompanied with low rotational torque rating of 0.50-2.00. to provide a buttery knob sweep. Vintage tele neck plate, vintage tele string ferrules, Black, 2 ply vintage pickguard, 8 holes. Custom ship Gotoh inline tuners for tele. Warmoth bone nut. Neck is C contour, .21mm at 1st fret, .23mm at 12th fret, leveled and polished. Radius is 9.5. 3 saddle brass tele chrome bridge. Strings are top mounted but the bridge supports thru body if that's what you prefer.
