Joodee Artist Custom JST-55B MIJ Mid 70s

Great Condition Joodee JST-55B from the late 70's. The guitar has been really well taken care of and has very little wear. Has some really nice grain patterns going on over the neck with some odd flame.

Joodee guitars were introduced by Dion Corp from Osaka and manufactured by Yamaki who pursued high quality and are well known for their high end Acoustic guitars.

I've left the all the original electronics which are functioning fine. The guitar is all original except for the tuners which I had to replace because one of the originals was broken, the replacements are Kaish which are a perfect fit and needed no modding to fit. The guitar is very clean for it's age, no chips, finish peeling or deep scratches.

The guitar plays fantastic and has a great tone, really enjoyed jamming on this one. check out the video for an idea of the sound. Has all those great strat tones and the pickups have great response.

I've done a basic setup but would recommend you do your own to suit your playing style.

Truss rod: turning smoothly and can still tighten.
Frets: about 80% - 90% left.
Neck: Straight. set up now with slight relief.
Action:    Low E: 2.25 mm      High E: 1.75 mm
