Rare! John Frusciante! Fender Jaguar 1965 - Ocean Turquoise

This is definitely one of the most special guitars I’ve ever had for many reasons.. First off it’s an extremely rare color, it is often mistaken for faded Lake Placid Blue, but this is an authentic Ocean Turquoise Metallic!! Beyond that, this is a 1965 with the small headstock and binding, as well as earlier Kluson tuners, and a L serial number! It is 100% to the specs as the one John Frusciante used in the Red Hot Chili Peppers music video - Under the Bridge.. which is arguably the most iconic video they ever put out! Aside from the one he used in that video, which is now in a Hard Rock Café, I have yet to find or see anther one with same specs and in this rare color!! There was only a small window of time that Fender retained the smaller headstock shape, and applied binding to the neck. To have that rare feature, along with this rare color, it could potentially be 1 of 2 that actually exist! With that being said if you are a John Frusciante fan, or a RHCP fan, this is THE GUITAR! It really doesn’t get any cooler.. it’s extremely hard to capture the beauty of this color, its stunning! Don’t miss out! It’ extremely hard to find green Fender guitars!!!
