We provide FREE local pick up and we ship via STANDARD/GROUND shipping to the 48 contiguous states on most items. (This does not include AK, HI, PR or the Virgin Islands). We offer great shipping rates to those states and territories as well as to all Caribbean Islands, (etc.) We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING fee listed, is just an estimate. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. TRUE HEART SOUND is not responsible for any taxes, duties, storage, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country outside of NV,NJ, FL or the US. Shipment via freight to residential address there is a $75 fee and lift gate there's a $75 fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee $75 in addition to your shipping fee. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days from our warehouse. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.

RETURN INFORMATION

After receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 3-4 business days of delivery with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 business day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
