This pedal is the ehxtortion from Electro-Harmonix. It is a cool and versatile pre-amp/overdrive/boost kind of thing-am-a-jig that does lots of different JFET Tube-Like sounds and includes a 3-band eq knob set. It has a lot of range in the subtle overdrive area and then can get nice and saturated when you turn knobs way up. It has 4 different pre-gain settings to choose from through the pre-gain selector knob. It also has an xlr out, so you can use it as a pre-amp. Overall, a highly tweakable pedal with lots of sound options and potential uses.
