In full working order and still rocking its original, fully operational floppy disk drive, this 8-bit hybrid monster delivers the warm, gritty, character-rich sampling that defined mid-80s synth-pop, house, industrial, and hip-hop. 

You’ll have heard the sound of the Mirage before on seminal house tracks - the vocal “oohs and ahhs” feature on Inner City’s “Good Life” and the piano and strings were used heavily on Derrick May’s “Strings of Life”. 

Paired with Sequential-style analog filter chips (CEM 3328), it shapes raw 8-bit samples into thick, aggressive, and unmistakable textures that modern software plugins simply cannot replicate.
