A great Blonde ES-175. Bought this about 20 years ago from a reputable east coast based dealer thinking I was finally too mature to keep buying vintage guitars, amps, and pedals. Well, that never happened, and in fact I now have more guitars and gear than I ever thought I'd have. Not looking to unload this one at a bargain basement price because it is that good. I kept this guitar for a long time and that's because it is a great one. Gorgeous patina and amazing playability. Comes with the original case, which is functional, but definitely not nuke proof. The guitar is original with the exception of a handmade pick guard that is indistinguishable from a true vintage one. Not sure if it has been refretted, I had the frets dressed a number of years ago and they have plenty of meat on them. A GREAT vintage Gibson C-shaped neck carve. Full size vintage Gibson nut width just as you would expect. The P90 is plenty strong and in my opinion this guitar is perfect for jazz tones with the volume and tone knob rolled back or even jump blues. A great guitar to record any number of different type embellishments too.
