This drum originally a concert tom.
Shell had suffered water damage, and had rot.
O’Ring unraveled cleanly. Cut away the bad and re installed the O-ring.
Without using a staggered method, Not enough in line depth to shell to add bottom lugs and turn into snare.
Make a great wood timbale!
Interior maple ply has hairline cracks that are typically seen in Slingerland shells of this era.
Drill for Slingerland diamond mount, an air vent hole exposed.
