"A stock of Vintage 59 basses were produced during 2008, and these were shipped during that year and also 2009 & 2010. A total of around 45 were produced, making this now Hofner's rarest re-issue model. It was withdrawn from the catalogue at the end of 2011"

Condition is excellent, very little signs of use.
Features include a Spruce top, fully hollow body with flamed Maple back and sides, Maple/Beech/Maple neck, Rosewood fretboard, Shadow vintage-style pickups, 2 vintage style volumes, 3-switches, trapeze tailpiece, and a white-black-white layered nut.
