No foot switch as it was not ordered with this one. Very minor wear from sitting like some small indents on the top from a head that was resting on top of it for awhile. Hard to find and great deal.

Co-designed by Pantera lead guitarist Dimebag Darrell, Dime's touring rig in combo form pumps 150W through 2 Celestion Vintage 30s. The gain circuit was specifically modified by Dime to deliver his trademark "in-your-face" distortion. 2 independent, footswitchable channels; 3-band EQ; nine-band active EQ on the distortion channel; and sixteen built-in digital effects (Dime's favorites) round out this deadly weapon of mass destruction.
