i sell my totally restored Hamer Californian Elite.
When I bought it, it was in not so good condition (colour was red but faded over the years to a mor orange which was kind of ugly, frets had to be leveled and the original case got completely damaged over the more than 30 years. I send it to Bassart Guitars in Germany a bass guitar builder and laquer specialist to let it completely be refinished in the Hamer yellow (like the elite in the advertise). He made also the complete rebuilt and setup. I also ordered a extremely well fitting Jackson case which suits the guitar best and let it sent directly from thomann to Bassart Guitars as you can see on the bill. All together i invested a lot in the guitar and now it is really a stunning beauty. Regarding the age of the guitar theses Hamers have very good chosen tone woods.
guitar can be checked near Hamburg over Fractal FM9, Mesa TC 50, Bogner Ecstasy, Hook Captain 6L6 or Marshall JVM.
