National SO-123N
'Do-Re-Mi'
Turntable with built-in mini organ/synth
1970s
Made In Japan

This is the rarer Japanese model of what I believe is known as the Panasonic SG-123 in America.
From what I can tell, these two units function exactly the same.
You can play a vinyl record and play along on the keyboard built-in!
There is also an input for a microphone if you want to sing along.
I plugged my guitar into it and that worked great too.. this thing is so cool and the more I play it the more I want to keep it for myself..

Sale Includes:
- National SO-123N
- Original Manual
- Japanese graphic overlay
- Original Box

Vinyl record for display only, not included!

Functions:
There is a selector switch that allows you to switch between 33 1/3 RPM, 45 RPM or just the keyboard.
You can play 7", 10" and 12" records.
I tested a 12" and it sounded great through the in-built speaker!
You can plug it into the wall or run it on batteries.
There is a volume control on the side that doubles as a power switch.
3.5mm Input jack for plugging in microphones or even works great with my electric guitar.
All the sound comes through a built-in speaker which goes quite loud and has a nice warm vintage sound to it.
It has a little converter thing for when you want to play those 7" records with the large hole in the middle.
Lightweight and very portable. The stylus locks in to place when you're not using it and the original lid keeps it all together when you want to take it somewhere.
Overall very simple to use and super fun jamming along to records.

Condition:
In a used, yet well cared for condition. Functions correctly with no major marks or scuffs. I would definitely rate this as 'excellent' seeing as there are only few small light surface scuffs and scratches.
The little spacer thing for those 7" records with a big hole has a few little scratches on it but barely noticeable. I tried to take a photo of it.
Please examine the photos closely as this is the actual unit you will receive !
Has been well kept inside it's original box when not in use for all these years.
Seems to rotate smoothly and hold a decent consistent speed. Please keep in mind this is a vintage toy not a piece of Hi-Fi equipment, it sounds vintage not thick and punchy!

Power:
This unit runs on 100V. It will work in the USA.
However, I must suggest using the correct stepping transformer if your regions voltage is higher such as Australia or Europe 220V-240V.
You can also power it from 6x D-size batteries.
Power consumption: 6W
