This mixer and stage rack has minor scratches, marks and minor cosmetic

blemishes from normal use. This mixing board and rack are in great working order.

This mixer and stage rack has not been opened

or disassembled. Only items shown in pictures are included. Sorry,

no other parts, wiring or accessories included. This mixer is

considered freight, please see freight delivery info if being

delivered to a residence or a limited access area.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We provide FREE local pick up and we ship via STANDARD/GROUND shipping to the 48 contiguous states on most items. (This does not include AK, HI, PR or the Virgin Islands). We offer great shipping rates to those states and territories as well as to all Caribbean Islands, (etc.) We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING fee listed, is just an estimate. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days from our warehouse. Shipment via freight to residential address there is a $75 fee and if you require a lift gate there's a $75 fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee $75 in addition to your shipping fee. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. TRUE HEART SOUND is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country outside of NY, FL or the US. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives with in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.

RETURN INFORMATION

After receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 3-4 days of delivery with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
