       2 Separate effects in one box (Wah-Filter & Distortion)
The Obama wah will give you a sweet distortion and an additional wah-filter control.

      The distortion has a volume knob and a gain knob but the gain actually works as a voltage controller usable for strange textures (only for the distortion effect).
The wah effect is added to have a sort of an alternative tone control or for filter purposes. I read on many forums that guitar players are in search of a “fixed” wah, so here it is! Be sure to check out the video below!

       The Big John Obama Wah is wacky. The distortion is pure transistor overload from mild and fuzzy to bright and crunchy. Different settings of the gain control yield different textures as well as gain levels and the filter is perfect for obtaining the cocked wah tone (think In My Head by Queens of the Stone Age). The filter has an adjustable sweep so you can filter any frequency you like. The Big John Obama Wah is a very usable tool for guitar or bass and even works great with an analog synth.
