Hot Quiet Coil™ Noiseless P-90 Soapbar Pickup-Set / Black Soapbar

The Hot P-90 Quiet Coil was designed for players who need a more powerful P-90 to hit the front end of the amp with more gain and bottom end punch. We were able to retain the clarity and definition of a traditional P-90 so that your tone isn't muddy or dark sounding, with more emphases on upper mid-range growl and no 60-cycle hum.

The pickup is a direct replacement for any standard P-90 soapbar rout that does not require modifications like many other hum-cancelling designs. The set (neck and bridge) is paired with our '56 Quiet Coil P-90 in the neck position for a well balanced set and excellent clarity in all positions.

Amazing Pickup.

I bought one for my guitar build of a 1959 Les Paul Jr. double cut. The pickup simply sounds amazing. Nice and crisp like a p90, but with a full range, and dead quite. Been playing for 45 years, and this is one of my best sounding guitars. Could not be happier!

Best P-90 Ever!

Best p-90 ever! I bought a set for a 339, and man did that guitar come to life, It already had decent pups in it but these Hot Quiet Coils are the best sounding pickups Ive ever had, from acoustic like beatles type tones to full on hard rock! Great for slide! Lead tones are exceptional with no drop off or mud, Malcolm would love these for grinding out crunchy chords, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
