Rare Gibson UB4 Banjo Ukulele and vintage hsc. 1926-1927. VGC to EC. Rim SN 8498-37 and resonator 8597-37. Original Gibson hardware with finish and plating in VG to EC. Newer vellum. Dark stained walnut neck, walnut / maple resonator, 8" head, 7/16" maple rim, 16 hooks and brackets, brass tone ring, diamond hole flange, single coordinator rod, 16-fret w-b-w-bound rosewood fingerboard with fancy varied pattern inlays, 1-1/4" nut width, ~15-1/8" scale length, Grover Patent Presto Ideal tailpiece, w-b-w binding on resonator, script "The Gibson" logo and "Sheaf of Grain" inlays on headstock, mechanical friction tuners with ivoroid buttons, rare high-end banjo uke with very good sound.
