The VYPYR X1 is the latest evolution of the groundbreaking VYPYR series featuring updated styling, superior cabinet design and acoustic performance, and improved TransTube technology.

Coming equipped with Peavey's TransTube technology, this true analog distortion not only sounds better, but it leaves the amps processing power dedicated to the effects, allowing the VYPYR X1 to run up to 5 effects simultaneously. 

You are also spolit for choice when it comes to sound and tonal options! The amp comes loaded 26 effects in addition to 10 instrument models and 36 amplifier models (inclyding 6 acoustic and 6 bass options)....all of which are accessible directly from the amp!

Thanks to its cabinet design and processing, the VYPYR X1 not only works great with electric guitar, but you can also plug in your acoustic or bass. Instrument models can also make your electric sound like an acoustic or bass guitar!
