This tube shield, given the Sound by Doc code, S20-01, uses the Snap-on (with a satisfying click ONTO a ridge around the tube socket base, or INTO spring clips at the tube socket base) style. They have no notches at the top of the shield, and are designed to hold any tube the size of a medium 7-pin tube like 6AU6 or 6C4. These shields were original to vintage equipment from various brands.
