Nepco Guitars USA Made V-Style Electric Guitar (2023 - Galactic Sparkle)

Nepco Guitars are handmade in Des Moines, IA by one of the most talented luthiers and musicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Nepco is helmed by the one and only Ian Williams; who makes these beauties when he is not working his day job (for another large and notable luthier) or playing in his AMAZING bands The Surf Zombies or The Blendours (...and also check out his one man ska project).

As you can see, he specializes in making guitars that are an homage to a certain nostalgic guitar brand from yesteryear....ya know, the one that rhymes with "Landelectro." He makes guitars that said dimestore guitar company never made, but in their house style. Nepco Guitars are brand new, despite not looking like they would be out of place in a Sears electronics department in 1966.

I think if you know anything about me / or have even taken a second glance at my shop you probably can put together why Nepcos tickle my fancy so; but no-BS they are some of the best guitars of this style I have ever played - vintage included. These are a dream to play.

• This isn't really a spec, but the pictures just simply do not do this one justice; the holoflake is beautiful and flashes iridescent in the light. The flakes are not just silver, they are rainbow colors as they flash in the light.

This thing plays as good as it looks, and let's be frank, where else are you going to find a 100% American made guitar for under $2k? This one surely won't last long!
