This is a Vintage (Fender?) Fuji Gen era (Tokai / Fernandes) guitar pot with vintage red capacitor. It may be from a 1980s - 1990s vintage Fender Japan guitar or HM Strat (it is a longer shaft pot) with natural relic wear and authentic patina. The should should be long enough for a wooden guitar too which convinces me this may be from a HM boxer Strat. Exact model and year is not known, and the middle lug is missing.
This will make a great part for your custom guitar project or restoration.
