A true collectors piece! I am the original owner and can say this is one of the finest guitars I have ever put my hands on. Guitar is in mint condition and includes all
the case candy one could ever ask for: two allen wrenches, hang tag, lock
instructions, blank warranty card and COA. Dean made the coolest COA for the
USA produced, 30th anniversary models. An impressive 2lbs-12.5oz
laser engraved 10" X 8" X 3/4"
piece of black granite! COA is mint, with zero cracks, dings or chips.
For their 30th anniversary, Dean produced ML and Flying V models. There were a bunch of cheaper versions produced in Korea, but ONLY 100 of the ML and 100 of the Flying V produced in the USA. The USA models used 5A flamed redwood on the top of the body, ebony for the fretboard and were each hand signed and numbered by Dean B. Zelinsky. The Korean models used cheaper woods, rosewood on the fretboard, were not numbered nor signed by Dean B. Z. and they produced a heck of a lot more.
