Comments: These pickups were designed by the legendary Tim Shaw and features Alnico 4 magnets and shellac potting for a more open/ bold tone with quicker attack on the single coils. Also, the circuitry provides for compensation on the humbucker position so that it is always balanced in volume with the single coils, even when in split mode! Greasebucket circuitry allows you to roll the volume off without your tone ever getting muddy. Top it all of with a push/pull tone control which splits the bucker to single coil mode!
