The pedal operates really well. The sound is clean. Cosmetically it looks it's age. Serial numbers on the sliders indicate it was made the end of 1979. It's missing one of the rubber covers on the sliders, but this doesn't affect its function. It's also missing two of the back screws. This pedal has a lot of mojo and would make a great addition to your collection.
