This is an incredible console. It is in almost new condition. I purchased it for my project studio and did two records on it and then I needed to move. So the console ended up in the roadcase in storage. It has a complete VCA MIDI mute automation package installed that locks to SMPTE converted to MTC, using its proprietary software. The software was running on a PC using Windows 3.11 I have the PC and the original floppy discs still, the PC is old and would need the memory battery replaced. You could easily trigger this package from any MIDI source with a little programming elbow grease. If not the VCA cards could just be removed.

BONUS PLAY! I also have a complete set of 1/4 inch long frame patch bays and looms built custom for this console (not shown here). They will need to be cleaned but should function well once that is done.

It was the UK equivalent of a Mackie 8 buss. The reason they could not make it in this country was the pound was so much stronger than the dollar (still is).

It is a split channel console and really works well for recording and mixing. The mic pres are great and the EQ is stellar. To my ear this console is much better at capturing guitar than the Mackie's were.

It has been sitting in a storage space in its road-box for a long time so it will need to be cleaned, and exercised as any piece of gear would. I would recap the PSU. Look online there is a lot of info on these and there are people who still service them.
