This is a Sonor ProLite Vintage Maple 14x5 snare drum in Ebony White Stripes, played extensively on The Late Late Show with James Corden with Reggie Watts from 2015–2023.
Part of Sonor’s ProLite Vintage Maple series (now discontinued in the USA), this drum features 45-degree bearing edges, die-cast hoops, and Sonor’s renowned German build quality. It’s an extremely musical snare — open, articulate, and responsive across a wide tuning range. It records beautifully and cuts without being harsh.

This snare was used in a studio / broadcast environment, never toured, and has always been well cared for.
