This antique ukelele plays and sounds great! Branded "Avalon", this instrument was sold by the Henry Stadlmair Co. Inc. New York. Features include a solid-wood construction, original tuners, and funky stenciled rosette. This instrument seems like it was not played all that much over the last 90+ years, as there is still black paint on the frets. There is a repaired top crack which does not affect sound or stability.
