1993 Peavey Axcelerator bass

I don't like to brag about my gear because I like it when the tone does the talking, but when I was able to pry this BeastModeTM Beast out of the grip of Judy Ann Allawona a few years back I had to let the world know. I'd gone down to The Twisted Pickle to have a few ice cold Code Red Mountain Dews and take in the dulcet sounds of the local music scene. Little did I know that when "Judy Ann the Blowfish" walked onto the part of the bar where a stage would have been if they didn't have a shuffle board and started playing "Hold My Hand" that I'd have that very bass in my collection not long after. Fairweather Johnson deep cuts hit different on this thing, and if you catch my drift half as well as Darius Rucker catches field-length bombs from Dan Marino, you'll know exactly what that means. We worked together for a bit in "Allawona Dew" trying to combine our mutual shared passion for Sheryl Crow and delicious sodas, but the only thing to come from that union is the boom stick you see before you.
