Gibson - Tom Hamilton's Aerosmith, Thunderbird Guitar Hero Production Prop Bass, Sunburst (#52)

We just received about 120 basses, guitars and amps from Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith. Tom is a founding member of Aerosmith. After 50 years in one of the hardest touring bands ever, he’s accumulated so much gear that’s he’s asked us to help put it in the hands of people who can dig in on it as much as he has. This gear has made rock and roll history on the world’s largest stages and most intense studio scrutiny. Now it’s your turn to take it, and make your own rock history.

Here's a very unique item from the Tom Hamilton, Aerosmith Collection. This non-functioning prop guitar was made by Gibson for Tom Hamilton and used in the making of their Guitar Hero video game. The light weight foam core body is covered with a digital image of a Gibson Thunderbird bass. It features actual control knobs and tuning pegs that make it appear vet close to an actual Gibson Thunderbird bass. It even has the original Gibson hardshell case.

It remains in excellent condition however shows minor signs of wear. The guitar is identified by an Aerosmith inventory tag. It includes one of Tom Hamilton's custom bass pics and a certificate of authenticity signed by Tom Hamilton.
