Crash Pad, one of the most distinctive lines in EHX's rich history of revolutionary pedals, is an analog drum synthesizer. It offers a wide range of capabilities including kick, snare, tom and cymbal sounds, making it perfect for keeping the beat in any genre of music.
The original EHX Crash Pad Electric Crash Drum, first released in 1980, is capable of producing distinctive drum sounds, oscillation sweeps and accentuating external sounds via its resonant filter. Additionally, modern iterations are equipped to respond to expression pedal/CV input for immediate control of the filter.

- Triggers via the on-board pushbutton, an external (non-MIDI) drum pad and most clock generators
- Process external sounds thru the resonant filter + EXP/CV input for real-time filter control
