I don't throw around the word behemoth lightly. This sucker weighs nearly 50 lbs. Dual 5U4GBs in there. Missing four power tubes, all 6L6 (but can run on the much cheaper and stylish 6L6G instead of the higher power 6L6GC if you prefer). Includes 3 6SJ7, 3 6SC7, and two 6N7. Totally untested.
Point to point wiring. Seems all original except possibly one of the can caps up top. Missing a chicken-head. Two of the knobs are different colors - a feature, not a defect! It looks like this was installed in a school or public place, since the on/off switch requires a key. I don't have the key! So I'm shipping a similar era B&H UL listed switch, 125V at 5A, with an excellent Sound/Silent option for your replacement. You know, if you want to install it in a private place instead, and be able to actually turn it on and off. That's what I'd do.
Complete schematic inside bottom cover.
Bakelite handles shattered at some point. I have most of the crumbs, as shown. Fuse holder is also busted. And forget about the original cord. It's garbage (but you want a grounded one anyhow). If you don't rebuild or mod this thing, I will...someday.
