This display modification is a far superior upgrade over the only other display available. A standard type display.
These new Japanese made displays have an LED backlight, are superior quality and much much more reliable, they also look beautiful !
A significant number of modifications are required to this display in order to align the screen very precisely in the viewing window of your MPC housing.
After the changes are made, the display will then ship plug N play and can be fitted easily, by anyone.

**This new LED backlit display is a different footprint from the old standard (cf backlit) lcd.
The display bezel position, mounting points and overall dimensions are completely different. The modifications required to correct this have to be done very precisely, this is not something that should be attempted by the end user. Therefore, i will only ship these displays pre altered, ready to install. The price reflects two things, the display + the time required ( 2 hours work ) to get to the finished article. Don't waste your time or money fitting the same old display or even a replacement led backlight, ive seen these on offer, both are a waste of money. Replacing the cf tube backlight for an led strip doesn't fix the main problem, the old, poor quality, chinese lcd display.
