Common issues will be cardboard stuck to the folded glossy surround area from how they come bulk on a pallet for production or various cosmetic issues. Anything with some cardboard color paper stuck to the glossy sticky cone edge would be for this reason. Those are all new/never used and perfect functioning, the cardboard paper bits will not effect performance. Peel off what you can and color the rest in with a black marker and you will be left with a great deal on a new speaker.
