This is NOT a "Second," it has NOT been disemboweled of its original Moogs, or victimized by a ham-handed re-fretting. This copy has fully working Moog Electronics, Original Purple Haze Hardshell case, Gold Pickups, Tuners and hardware, Pearloid inlays, including INSANE headstock artistry, birds eye maple body with figuring, and smooth as glass Ebony Fretboard. you know this is a good one, because it's been played. Signs of honest use include Worn finish on top of body, some worn finish on rear at low-end of neck, worming and scratches on reverse of body and, of course, finish swirls and nicks and other evidence of honest to goodness rock and roll mojo. But this guitar is unmolested, with original frets and voluted headstock fully intact. Gibson and Epiphone may reissue RD Artist-ISH models (Gibson's latest effort lists at $5800!!), but there'll never be another.
