Diktator™ is a unique two channel combination of clean, transparent preamp and full, thick overdrive / distortion that operate independently.
FEATURES:
DETONATOR CHANNEL
It's an extremely versatile drive that takes your tone from light crunch, through rich, fat overdrive, all the way to tight distortion. Two toggle switches are responsible for different tonal and gain shapes, and with two-band Baxandall active tone control, any desired frequency is easily cut or boosted. Another original feature is a Dynamic-O-Meter™ (Diktator’s eyes), which is a visual indicator of the drive’s dynamic response.
Level Controls the output volume level. You can adjust your Diktator to the same volume as your bypass signal (unity gain) or volume it up for a fatter tone.
Bass
Controls the amount of bass frequencies coming out of the distortion section. You can easily cut or boost the bass frequencies as it is an active tone control.
Treble
Controls the amount of treble coming out of the distortion section. You can easily cut or boost the upper frequencies as it is an active tone control.
Drive
Controls the amount of distortion in the signal and can take your tone from slightly gritty clean through warm overdrive, all the way to distortion.
Hard/Soft
Switches between vintage and more modern type of distortion (adds more overall gain to the signal).
Dark/Bright
Switches between two types of clipping diode for brighter, crunchy and darker, more mellow tone.
FUSE CHANNEL
Used alone it's an ultra transparent preamp which refines the original tone, making your guitar sound bigger and easily pushes the amplifier into the natural overdrive. Used in conjunction with a detonator channel, it really hits your amp hard and is an excellent booster for lead parts and solos.
Boost
Controls the gain of the preamp from unity gain to a fairly hot signal (up to about 30dB of boost).
Diktator also utilizes improved power supply filtering circuitry, RF rejection filter, smart PCB routing, no-wire design, audiophile quality components and true bypass switching system.
All these features assure the Diktator's domination over your guitar tone and representative place on the pedalboard. Enjoy!
