This would be MINT condition except for a pink stain on the front near the control knobs from the case dust cover laying on the body (see close ups). I bought this iconic guitar to play one song with my cover band, Hotel California. The band is no more, so it's time to get this in the hands of someone who will use it.
The other Alpine white examples on Reverb have some other finish changes, yellowing with age, but this one shows very little visible yellowing, only the pink stain and some checking of the Nitrocellulose finish. I have tried to polish the stain out, but I think it is into the Nitrocellulose. Perhaps a reputable luthier can get it out without requiring a refinish if you must have it out.
Anyway, I have discounted it below the others on Reverb due to the stain, so it is priced where it should be. That said, I am not interested in low ball offers from resellers trying to flip and make a quick profit.
