This is a set of Meinl Headliner Series Congas. This set came out of the now-defunct "Paint It Black Studios", an Orlando, Florida studio that notably was used as a location for recording albums and songs by  Alter Bridge (AB III), Trivium (In Waves), and Falling In Reverse (The Drug in me is You, Fashionably Late). They are in great condition and there is very little in terms of marks. Comes with stands for the Congas.
