An unbranded early-to-mid 1900's 3/4 violin almost certainly from Mittenwald Germany. Light amber/brown shaded finish. Has 3 neatly repaired top cracks and a small crack repair on the back that appears to be a small knot in the wood that dried out. String sounding length of 12 1/8" (39mm), and length of back is 13 3/8" (340mm). Has no soundpost or bass bar cracks, and looks good, sounds good, and plays well. Includes vintage case which is worn but functional. (vn4-21)
