Here's a GREAT Besson New Stanrdard fully compensating euphonium. For my money no one makes a euphonium that more typifies the British euphonium sound than Besson. This big dark woody sound that these horns make really fill up a room. This is a great example of a Besson Imperial. These instruments are terrific horns and very much like the current Besson Sovereign model 968. They play great in tune and with a full voice. this particular horn is in very good condition. Original silver is 90% present with minor wear. Valves are excellent and this horn plays great. Why spend $5000 on a new Besson when you can have a great playing horn for a fraction of the cost?
