1968 Fender Telecaster Maple Cap Taos Turquoise MJT Refin


Will be shipping with a Seymour Duncan STL-1B Broadcaster Pickup. Photos will be updated later tonight. Fender Poodle Classic Series Tele Case (will arrive TH). Guitar weighs 6.7 lbs loaded with a single pickup. Add a neck pickup and swap out the guard/electronics for a normal tele setup. 



Please be aware that the Taos Turquoise is a little darker in person. I can’t capture the exact hue. A photo is included that was used for reference.


The guitar plays and sounds fine. Light and resonant. No fret buzz or fretting out. Playing chords is great. Recently setup with 9-46 in Nov. May need refinements based on your taste if going up a gauge (10-46).

Original frets: low, but playable 
Vintage F tuners: Low-High E are a bit hard to turn. 
Wear is natural, not relic’d. Will Black light appropriately.

Shipping cost is $75. This is being split 50/50 as Reverb fees for sellers have increased. And shipping a guitar over $1500 incurs extra fees.

Pick-up is fine. I do have a ‘68 Telecaster pickup available ($750 OBO), but it was sent out to get the leads extended.
