Limberjack, Appalachian Folk Dancer/Rythym Instrument

LimberJacks, Appalachian folk art toy/music instrument. These are handmade, by me, in Mt Airy, North Carolina (Mayberry), from choice hardwoods.
Lots of attention getting fun and a great rhythm instrument as well.

The LimberJack dances on a flat dance board by sitting on one end of the board and tapping the board to the rhythm of the music.
Hold the dancer in the other hand by the dancing stick. Now lower the man until his feet just begin to touch the end of the vibrating board and hang on.
He'll dance you a jig or reel or line dance or get down right funky!

Go to youtube and keyword 'limberjacks' for some demonstrations.

He comes unpainted so you can make him look like you want him to.
