Up for sale is my 1973 Cherry Sunburst Les Paul Custom. The top is in very nice condition with some play-induced wear that adds to its mojo and the electronics are in perfect working order and all original. The neck is smooth and straight and has what I would describe as a medium C profile that is slim at the nut and gradually deepens as you move up the fretboard. The ebony fretboard has the requisite pearl block inlays that come with a Custom and the original frets still have plenty of life left with no buzzing nor dead spots. The headstock sports the pearl Gibson logo and split diamond inlay.

I have owned this guitar since 1992 and it has always been stored in a non-smoking environment. I’ve not changed a thing on it other than the strings. It is all original to the best of my knowledge including the original case, which is rare for this vintage of a guitar. It weighs a little over 10 pounds and has sustain for days, my friends. It holds a note like the fat lady at the opera. I dare you to connect it to a tube amp and crank it up. "Mississippi Queen, if you know what I mean."
