Vintage Early 60’s Guild D-35 Ess & Ess Dreadnought Guitar Case 1960's  

Vintage Early 60’s Ess & Ess drednot guitar case Guild D-35. Perfect for any dreadnought sized acoustic guitar from the era.

This case came with me early 60’s Guild D-35  Many years ago the handle came off and I got a replacement case for the Guild.  When I sold the Guild it went with the replacement case.  Several years later I needed a case and a friend made a handle for my Guild case and I used it for several years just to store a spare guitar.I have always loved the bright orange lining of this case.  Good clean solid case. It has been in a closet in my smoke free home for years. I was saving some of my old cases with the hope of getting some more old guitars, but my circumstances have changed. Only reason for selling is due to downsizing and we won’t have room for it in our new apartment. (So I am told) One picture is with my 68 Hummingbird for reference only (the guitar is not included sorry case only but I am including the old handle)

Some more information someone gave me:  This is a dreadnought case made by Ess & Ess in the 60s. It would’ve been a store option for a Guild D (and naturally would’ve been offered for other brands such as Gibson and Martin who I think also purchased cases from Ess & Ess).
