Dean Baby Z 1982 USA made Electric Guitar Candy Apple Red w/OHSC

Here we have a super cool Dean Baby Z electric guitar. Made in 1982 in the USA.   These Baby Z's are a shorter 24.75" scale length and are a blast to play.  The finish is a Candy Apple Red.  It has the famous split headstock. The guitar is all original.  It has its factory Zebra Dimarzio humbuckers, Leo Quan Badass wrap around bridge and factory Schaller tuning machines.  The guitar has no breaks or cracks.  It is in very good condition.  It also comes with its original hard shell case.  The guitar weighs 6 lbs 4 oz.  You get screaming rock and metal tones out of it.  It has a mini 3- way toggle switch for pickup selection and a master Volume and Tone control.  It has old school Dunlop strap buttons installed.  Cosmetically, the guitar is in good shape.  It has nicks, marks, scuffs, and light scratches on all sides.  The finish has a good amount of fade to it.  Some parts are glossier than others.  There are some chips at the top of the headstock. Please see all photos for detailed condition.  The guitar has been strung with 9-42's and its playing great. The frets are in great shape with minimal signs of wear.  Plenty of life left in them.   It is a fun guitar to play. The weight alone is worth the price.  The original case is in good shape as well with all latches and hinges working nicely.  Some wear and tear on the case tolex.  Typical stuff for its age.  Overall, it is a killer 80's sleeper guitar.  Getting harder to find.  So much fun to play and would be great in the hands of a player or collector.   Thanks for looking and happy buying!
