SKR Custom Koa Semi hollow 2018 Natural/Gloss Lacquer

Custom one of a kind SKR semi-hollow electric guitar. BUILT BY ME. This beauty is part of my Sitdowner series of guitars. They are designed to give extra comfort seated in the classical (left leg)sitting position. All of the Sitdowners hang nicely from a strap for stand up playing. You can play them on the right leg just fine but it makes the tuners a bit hard to reach. This body shape of this guitar was designed to follow the lines in the woodgrain. Notice how the scallops in the sides match the arched grain lines, top and bottom, front and back. The headstock compliments the body shape. The guitar is flat front and back and  1 1/8th in. thick. SPECS.

Body: AAA Koa Top back and Straight grained Koa sides. Red cedar frame. Strat style jack input on back
Neck: African Makore (African Maple). Total Neck through body construction 1 piece Makore. Modern C shape, slim, fast    Two way truss rod. Stew mac type. Dotted Pearl inlays. NO decals. Ebony at 12th fret.
Fretboard: Santos Rosewood.  standard Med. frets, Black steel string ferrels. 12 in Radius Gibson scale 243/4 scale. Headstock: Koa overlay, Cow bone nut
Pickups: Custom hand wound Jerry Sentell Slightly overwound Humbuckers. GREAT pups.
Bridge: Black short Tele style with brass saddles. Plastic stringing damage guard behind bridge.
Tuners: Black Carvin branded
Case: light weight gig bag   For shipping. not a padded bag.  
Controls: Volume Tone and 3 way toggle. Black tele knobs black strap locks.
Extras: Stainless steel tuner protector/built in guitar stand. Real fancy brass string guides of an old Gibson Mandocello. Extra cutaway on the bottom side for comfortable Sitdown pickin'. Matching Koa access panel on back. Small nick on the back of the neck. Filled and lacquer repaired. Can't feel it. See Pic.
