Thick Celluloid Red Tortoise Shell Guitar Blank XL Sheet for 1-ply Pickguards
This is a very hard to find high-quality .08” extra thick (nearly 3/32”) 100% real translucent celluloid with the classic vintage deep red tortoise shell pattern seen on so many pre-1970 acoustic and electric guitars and mandolins. 11” x 14” x .08” (280mm x 356mm x 2mm) - Large enough for multiple guitar pickguards like a Gibson J-50, Southern Jumbo, J-200, etc. (see diagrams).
Pictures show the basic tortoise shell pattern and colors. Tortoise pattern will vary from piece to piece. Note: Both sides are factory finish only with SOME light surface scratches. Light buffing is needed for a glossy finish.
