Presenting the all new GT K21e (grand theater) acoustic electric guitar from Taylor Guitars master guitar designer Andy Powers. This totally original body shape introduces an amazing new guitar that balances a compact design with a full bodied acoustic tone. The guitar is based on Taylor's Grand Orchestra body shape and scaled down to create a shape that sits between the Grand Concert and the GS mini. All solid wood construction produces full, lush tones boosted by Andy's new C-class bracing design, based on the principles of the award winning V class bracing.
Crafted with all solid Hawaiian Koa, the guitar delivers the woody, fundamental midrange power combined with a top end sparkle. Over time, the K21e will mature in the bass response, making it a perfect choice for fingerpicking and light to moderate strumming. The custom 24 1/8" scale length makes it super easy and comfortable to play and evokes an amazing amount of sound for an instrument it's size.
